might be bearings, might be the axle(s) check for evidence that a a brake caliper may be dragging. thats all i can think of without actually hearing the noise. what kind of car is this?

yeah check brakes and bearings if they look fine get back to me. if you were to make the noise happen and then go faster does it change at all?
