I own a Mk3 Supra and was wondering If I could get a quote for just an auto to r154 5-speed swap and a quote for a 1jz and 5-speed swap combined.

A job of this magnitude is not something that can be quoted easily online. I would suggest you come into the shop and work with us to come up with a plan of attack. We cant really quote a job like that without seeing what we are working with.
