So i'm at work and i look out the window and what do i see? a white civic with orange powdercoated wheels driving on fellowship road in mt. laurel. Anyone seen this car around?

ya! I made a spotted thread about this guy too! I saw him at commerce bank down ark rd like a month ago.

I spotted this guy yesterday on RT. 202 in the Frazer/Malvern area. It was lowered and de-stickered. I hope he didn't ruin my old car.
