Car won't start?

I went to start my truck and it wouldnt start. I hooked it up to the jumper cables but still didn't work. When I turn the Key all I hear is a click from the fuse box. I looked up the fuse and it said the fuel pump fuse. What do you think is wrong? My car is a 99 blazer.

do your lights work? if they do, bang on the starter with a hammer a couple times and give it a try.

Do what he said. I just replaced my starter in my truck after it was doing this same thing.

Sounds like the starter. If it was the alternator it would still work if jumped.

if not the starter it could be the ignition coils.
