So I have some Three Olives Chocolate Vodka. It's okay straight, but it's too much chocolate... any recommendations on wtf we can mix this with??

Cherry vodka, and a little cherry syrup perhaps.

I am the master of mixing random **** with hard alcohol and coming out with a delicious drink. But chocolate vodka is definitely a tough start. I'd do vodka, bailey's, a banana, ice in a blender. Or maybe some sort of cream soda + vodka.

Espresso martini.

Stoli Vanilla .3
Chocolate Vodka (godiva is preffered) .3
Chambord .1
Espresso .3

SHAKE with rocks, do not crush with rocks. Serve up in a martini glass or in a snifter. Or however the hell you want it.

Make a chocolate coke, nice alternative to jack/rum and coke.
Ice, Coke, and chocolate vodka, can't get much simpler.
Or use cherry coke.
Hell, just grab a bunch of cans of soda and experiment.

idk, Only regular soda mix i've liked with vodka is a vodka&tonic. The coke and vodka never did it for me. However coke& sailor jerry e` molto bene.

Trust me, we ran into the same problem a month ago, the chocolate is so strong it covers up the vodka taste pretty damn well.

We ended up getting Kahlua and mixed in some vanilla ice cream and ice.. Then we blended it all together for about 45-60 seconds and wow, it was pretty good.
