Not gonna lie man, that was pretty bad.

Your cuts are random as hell. Some of the shots drag on, and then some are a second long.

The music over the drag racing is horrible and its louder than the cars.

You don't really have a focus with your shots, you kinda just point the camera at things.

Watch some movies and pay close attention to the shots and when to cut.

Its not my best work but sh*t dude no need to just hammer me like that most drag racing videos are shot JUST like mine focused on the race what else would i focus on? and the cuts are to the beat of the music. And like i said the audio got messed up during upload. Whatever newer version will be up soon

Not from where I'm sitting. Sorry dude, its not bad for a beginners video I guess, but CRXed has much more experience, hence his standards are higher. Just take it as constructive critisism.

I'm not talking about the drag racing part. I'm talking about the very vanilla shots we had to sit through before that. Watch some Top Gear specials, and aim for some shots like that. Try to think outside the box.

You didn't say audio, you said volume.

Your audio is probably out of sync because of a bad codec choice. Been there. What did you export it as?

i exported it as quick time. I'll try to improve it but those are the shot i have. I tried to get as many cars in the video as possible i guess that was my first mistake. Oh well it's my first video and i guess i should of expected to have my spirits doused.

if i put the updated video to the song plowed by sponge and have less cuts and e/ts would that be better? should i put it to a softer song?

its whatever dud you will et better as time goes on. from my first to most recent video...there is a GIANT gap. you can clearly tell the difference. just keep practicing, take in everyones advice and use that to improve your videos. ive been where u are before, constructive criticism sucks but it is worth it in the end

It looked like it was a good time. That silver Cobra was sick as well as the old school 2wd blazer that sounded to be a v8.

yeah that blazer is my friends as is the chevelle, they both run 10s but were detuned for the event.

I believe that silver cobra is my friends who races at Maple all the time, but with a different car. His cobra is nasty though. Nice try on the video man.
