HELP! Questions about a website

Guys, I have a website and I just did a Google search on it.

Another site poped up so I clicked on it. It's my exact website put hosted on somebody eleses domain. All my links and photos are hosted on their site.

What can I do about this? Anybody have any information or suggestions?

It seems like there might be a DNS problem or a shared hosting issue. Both A records in the DNS system point to the same IP.

Yes I pinged both websites and they came back the same IP address so some how that site is pointing directly to my hosting server?

GoDaddy is no help cause they don't provide tech support for this. WTF is going on?

Is your site the only one on the hosting server? Many companies host multiple sites on each server, so depending on your plan, you may or may not be on a shared server.

It looks like GoDaddy got the other one wrong, and it will take them to get GoDaddy to fix it. In the mean time, enjoy the extra traffic to your site.

Since my site has a SSL I have a dedicated IP. For whatever reason the other site is pointed to my dedicated ip.

Apparently this is perfectly legal and no harm is being done.

While i'm pissed off it seems like there is nothing I can do
