I was always a suby guy and finally got my dream ride.....thats in my budget lol. Picked it up in late Jan bone stock with 17k on it. I hated the stock shifter and got a good deal on a perrin one so i threw that in there and put some all seasons on. Other then that i kept it stock power wise for a couple of months and just drove it. Once the tracks open i ran it a couple of times but I kept breaking motor/pitch mounts. My best pass was at cecil the first time i ran the car

Once i had the mounts fixed Precision Tuning offered to dyno my car for a baseline for stock STIs. It put down 269whp/270wtq, Rich the owner, was shocked how much power it put down and kept saying i should leave it stock.....but what fun is that. LOL LOL. So over the last week i installed the parts i've been buying.
wraped ebay downpipe
coated invidia uppipe
injen cai
walbro fp
colder plugs
aem tru boost
170 thremastat
and thats it....stock cat-back
Had Jr at THE SHOP tune it today for a pump map and a torco drag map. I'am not 100% what the pump numbers were but i think they were 300whp/330wtq on their dyno dynamics w/ a 1.1 correction factor
on the torco map it put down 320whp/375wtq w/ a 1.1 cr.....with a 1.2cr which was recently proven to be within 5hp/tq of a dynojet it put down 350whp/405wtq.

Blue/black runs are how i rolled in with these mods on the stock rom at wastegate boost about 10psi
blue run is w/ 1.1cr
black run is w/ 1.2cr
red/green is Jr's torco map at 22psi
red w/ 1.1cr
green w/ 1.2cr

Jr said that the stock cat-back is killing me uptop but for now I really like how quiet it is. The car will see the track with both maps within the next couple of weeks but i bet it traps 108+ on pump and 111+ w/ torco

nice numbers...we need to hit up the track this weekend. if u need a stud to take it down the track at 110 on pump, let me know.

why so you can cut solid 1.9-2.0 60's for me...LOL. We'll have to line up in another school zone soon
