Im thinking about buying a new muffler although i cant weld, or never tried it. Just wondering how much it would cost to get a new muffler welded on, or if theres a way around having to weld that is still reliable. Thanks guys

I do all my work myself, but it would probably cost between $100-200 to get a shop to do it. I cant see it costing any more than that.

100-200 to weld a muffler on? Are they welding with pure gold? Sub $100 definitely.

Like I said, I do my work myself. A friend of mine got his muffler welded for like $250 but I know he got ripped off a bunch.

I just got mine welded on at Meineke for $80. Just go to one and ask for a quote, they'll put your car up and tell you before they do anything.

80 is probably closer to what you can expect, but why not throw a thread up in the networking section. There's gotta be a member around warrington who can slap that on there for a nice 20spot.

If you are willing to drive to PA 19512 I've welded stuff for people on for cheap ;)

My brother got custom piping and a muffler welded on for $80 at low cost exhuast.

on my old car, i had my exhaust hangers welded and muffler welded too for 100 at meineke

my neighbor does great weld jobs and he lives maybe 15 minutes from doylestown! he'll do it really cheap. PM me!
