Sad to say that TriStateTuners will be going offline sometime around Oct. 15, 2024. After 20 years online, times have changed and its no secret that the forum's activity level has slowed to a crawl. Its been an incredible run with so many amazing friendships formed and community events held, plus all of the technical knowledge and entertainment shared online. I know I'm not the only one who has had both their personal and professional life impacted and improved significantly from this community, and I'm happy to have been a part of something so special. Thank you to so many people who volunteered to the community -- the entire moderating team, behind the scenes IT support, those who organized events, and everyone who contributed online to this unique local car community. I hope that many years after the prime of TST, many of you are still enjoying cars even if we are all "grown up" now. Please take the time to revisit your member journal and reminisce, or browse any other parts of the forum. Maybe reach out to an old friend or two and make plans to grab dinner and catch up. The timeline may change slightly but I wanted to get this notice up as quickly as possible to give everyone a bit of advance notice. Thanks for everything, TROLL

Yea, so, i know you are all nuts bout your 2, 3, or 4 wheels attached to some fancy HP, but i was wondering if anyone cared to join me on a scenic train trip up the hudson river from NYC. This would be on april 23. I know most of you work days, but its a really cool trip so i thought i'd throw it out there. It's 26 dollars round trip taking 2 different rail services. Leaving penn station, around 2:02 pm, train to croton-on-hudson via amtrak, then metro-north back to grand central terminal. Whoever comes with i'll help out as much as i can with the subway, but if you want to pay your own way it's like $7.25 for an unlimited day pass. This is the best time to go, lots of photo ops, and late lunch/early dinner at GCT's food concourse. Anyone down? PM me! - Andy __________________ Be the change you want to see happen.
