No idea on the cause of the fire yet. I keep reading media reports and it's stating the same.
Yah I'm lazy as well, that's just another reason on the list

Unfortunately not. I've been paid by local news agencies though. Payment varies per photos and location in the newspaper. Typically $20-50 for the very small papers and $50-500 for the larger ones such as the inquirer.
