CuRRen$y is one of the best rappers alive right now. Alot of people dont know him cause he hasnt dropped an official album but has a couple mixtapes out. He was with young money(Lil wayne , mack maine etc.) but left cause lil wayne wouldnt drop his album cause he knew it would be competition with his new album comin out may 8th. Hes real sick tho check out his myspace, and look him up on limewire. Has a nasty s4 too. check it out. Hes in my avatar too..FlY SoCiEty

He should probably make his own beats, and or at least remix **** so that its not IDENTICAL to already current platinum songs...

his myspace does give that perception that he doesnt make his own beats. These songs are new on his myspace and it is the first i have ever heard of him on another beat already known.

yea, but werent droppin his album they keep holdin the release date back. Anyone that wants to hear his good stuff look at the mixtapes, and type in currency, currensy, and curren$ in limewire artist search.

jay-z, nas, fabolous, joe budden, lupe is what i would consider the top 5 alive maybe even put ghostface in on that list...i dont know about lil wayne or curren$y

None of them u listed are the best right now! u gone say alive Lol....Jay had his time but fell off...Nas was never all that, consistently average and Fab and Joe Budden are mediocre at best. What does joe have out? and Fab is okay but up until recently he had to remind us in every sucky song who the hell he was and how to spell his name. Oh and ghostface is jut okay thats all. Don't get me wrong each of them dudes has a few hits in them here and there but not as heavy as Wayne. When Wayne come he come strong...and with the amount of music he put out you would expect it to be **** but that aint the case. My man had over 70 cameos in other artists singles..last year Lols...all of them can't be wrong
