I-95 Speeding: Are there cameras?

I was driving on I-95, coming from trenton, NJ, to Newtown, PA (where I-95 meets the newtown bypass.) I was going a bit too fast (fast enough you could visibly tell- I know, I'm dumb), and my girlfriend saw a cop look up at us form his car, kinda follow us with his eyes, but he didn't pursue us.
I was wondering if there are any kind of cameras in use around there on I-95? I doubt he would have been able to get my plate # unless there was a camera. If there are no cameras, is there any way I could still be getting a ticket in the mail?
Guess I'm a little paranoid.

thanks sarge. I guess I'll let everyone know if I do get a ticket (which would more than likely result in me loosing my license- I had a good reason to speed though, involving my girlfriend's safety <she has allergic problems> which may hold up in court if i did get a ticket.)
I talked to a Bucks Co. Cop who is a friend of mine and he used to serve in Philly, he said there are cameras towards philly but he doubts there were any where I was.
