This is a really good time to go try expensive places and it is good to go a couple of nights some places are crazy but it makes u feel like ur in ny lol.

my sister said there was a writeup in one of the philly papers about what places are the best deals and also revealed some places who actually cut back on the portions for this week. forget where though. i'll post back if i talk to her again about it.
