don't worry kids, everything you see on tv is real, has been real, and will always be real.

But then you get assholes like this guy who cut corners and do fake stuff and give tv a bad rap... not like those guys on CSI that are solving real crimes, or the doctor on House who is saving lives... now he is a hero!

OFF TOPIC

Who cares that it's "fake"? It's great entertainment, and if you read the text, before and after the show, it basically says that he has other people out there and that it's not a REAL survivor guide (and if you thought differently at any point in time, you're worse than just being a "fake!"). If you're watching a couple of people on tv telling you have to survive out in the wild and use that as your end all survival guide, you've got issues either way.

As to the jacket, I have no f'ing clue!

i was watching one in alaska and he couldn't catch a salmon and his crew member does and he openly said i had no luck but a camera man did. there all trained the same way he is i read somewhere that they're all his friends that are ex special ops guys. as for survivorman being better i just think its different entertainment. i like them both.

Do you know how many people climb everest a year? It's like an amusement park ride these days.

yeah and alot of them die, and they dont come down, people just pass dead bodies.

any1 who climbs gets my respect, even if they dont make it.

i know every1 jokes about it and says mcdonalds and starbucks will be at the top in 5 years, but just because alot of people try it doesnt make it easy or easier

not to mention you have to apply to be able to do it. you go through a very very long process to go up. didn't you watch that show mission everest they saw a ****load of dead bodies. don't tell me people do it all the time cause they don't. not to mention that he's the only person to ever fly over everest on a personal air craft. mans got mad balls and a lot of respect from me.
