SVT Contour

I was thinking about taking the svt off the side and doing two 7" silver racing stripes with quarter inch pinstripes on each side of both stripes.

Not many of these cars around anymore, seems they are getting crashed / parted out over on the CEG at a pretty high rate.

I'd love to have one of these for a daily driver. Very clean.

Nope, I haven't had a chance to clean under the hood in awhile.

Its a nice drive, but getting 20 or so mpg on premium isn't the most fun.

Power, they are anywhere from mid 150's at the wheels to like 170 stock. An "easy" 3L swap from a taurus/escape with headers puts them at like 200-210 at the wheels. The CEG has a few that are 350+whp... though they spin into 4th.

You have no idea how baldy i want to drop it. My issue is that any drop will suddenly relegate the car to street parking. I have to take my driveway slow and diagonal as is.

That sucks. Yea, i already have problems with the dub pulling in places, but yea, it will set that car and those rims off even more.

Wow, that's really clean. I've never even actually seen or heard of an SVT Contour. That's pretty cool, though.

I've always liked these cars as well. Good to see there are still clean ones out there.

Thanks!

Yeah, its nice sometimes having people not know much about it. Even the ford tech's scratch their head at first. I still think its one of the better looking cars out there these days.

I have to say, it's not a bad looking car.

And I like that last picture.
