Last weekend I was in Jersey and saw at least 5 cops pulling people over.

I have a place in Brick I head to on most weekends and I noticed the LED signs saying the change. This was done due to the amount of deaths they've seen on that portion of the highway since the 55 MPH speed limit was increased to 65. So now we're at 55 again. Oh well.

it has already been proven that speed has nothing to do with more crashes (research was already done in a few states and they have found significant decreases in accidents)... But it sucks anyway.

It kills me to have to do 55... 65 was atleast tolerable

You know, it says "Conditions Permitting" under the new 55mph signs. If everyone else is going 90, then I don't think conditions permit going 55, right? Why else would they put that there?

Speed limits like these are ridiculous. I feel I can safely drive my car at 80-90 on the p-way or any major 2 lane road I don't see why it's that big of a deal haha.
