i was looking online for distributors of ssr wheels and i saw that you guys were one of them. seeing if you could get me a quote on 17x8 17x9 +45-50 offset (anything between those that isnt considered a custom ordered offset) in a 5x114.3 offset in white.

Unfortunately we discontinued selling all lines of aftermarket wheels. Where did you find this information?
