Ok, I knew that there was a film being made about the PC game DOOM, but I had no idea that it was coming out this year (10/21/05). Starring The Rock as Sarge, it's gonna be awesome. I spent hours in elementary school not doing homework to play this game.

Even if the story sucks, they will blow up tons of sht and totally redeem themselves.

looks cool, i spent a lot time playing doom as well. Acting might suck, but you never know i couple of the rocks movies are decent.

halo the movie is coming out when the new game launches next year. They are going to advertise both and make some good loot. i think halo should be a good movie if its done right. i will def see doom that game is badass. its the only game that scares the crap out of me if im playing in the dark especially the new one doom 3.

I got DOOM 3 at EB games brand new for $20 at Christmas time this past year. I saw an ad in the store that they were having this one day sale like 2 days before Christmas from like 7-9am so I got up early and ran out to buy it. Unfortunately, my graphics card isn't great in this computer so it's not the best experience I could have with the game.

Halo the movie isnt slated to be released till 2007 and Halo 3 is being released in spring 2006 which is when sony will most likely release Playstation 3

it absolutely is,.. i just think a movie would be cool to expand on the story a bit.. although they'd probably dumb it down and make the storyline that of one of the games so maybe it would be pointless.
