The same thing?

i just bought a 3A(?) Rear Lower Strut Bar and wanted to know if this Link here is the same thing as a Rear lower strut bar. Besides the fact that the one in the link is for the front.

No. The one you posted is a sway bar. The rear lower strut bar simply "ties" the rear struts together as to where the sway bar will reduce body roll in corners.
