i just picked up the driver, its about alex roy who broke the transcontiental speed record, so far its really good.

after watching the vid and seeing him on a talkshow i really dont know what there possibly is to talk about thats worth filling a book over, but like i said i dont know. post a review when you're done reading though if you can...

i seen all his 5 min interviews on letterman and cnn and what not, it just wasnt enough details, its only 300 pages, so far it talks about his father dying of cancer and telling him he needs to beat the record, and he never really was into cars, but his dad owned the only european car rental in usa, so he takes it over when his father dies hes trying to find "the driver" to help him with the record and he turns to the gumball 3000 to get noticed by the "driver", he also does a rendevous reenactment, except in manhattan. i really suck at making this book look good, but ill update.
