Ok so around 830 this morning I got stopped at a checkpoint and got a ticket for speeding, 47 in a 35. The road has no reason to be a 35 bu that's beside the point. I was poilte explained I was running late to work and that I live about 100yards away. I still got the ticket. I'm not complaining about that I was wrong so its whatever. So after I got to work I examined the ticket and noticed the officer never signed it. I always thought that they had to sign it or its invalid, am I right? And does the state notify your insurance if it under 14mph speeding? And how many points is it?

Not signing is a human error and will be fixed by the court. Was this in NJ?
