long story short, i walked out to my car last night, in philly, and had a citation on the wiper arm for parking in a handicapped spot.

its a 301 dollar fine?! good lord!

anyway, will i get points for this? i have a perfect record and want to keep it that way....

they take parking seriously!
glad theres no points, i can handle the $ part just not points!
