silver GT40 srt4 in Newark, DE

Alright, is this anyone on here.

silver srt4
GT40 turbo and gt40 badge on rear
side exit
no wing

There was a car meet tonight of about 30 cars or so and this guy in this silver srt4 rolls up with black wheels (aftermarket) and gets out and says "ill race anyone here for money", so im like alright another ****y neon. Find about 3 12 sec cars to race him and of course hes ****y until someone steps up and says "oh i dont have any money". He gets back in his car, says im going to philly for real racing, comes back seriously 15 minutes later (philly is about 25 mins from Newark) and plays the ****y game again and turns down every race.

Rumor has it he bought the car from castle acura already modded so i doubt he even knows whats done to it other than gt40 turbo.

Please, tell him to just turn it up. He doesn't deserve that car.

Eh, GT40R is good for 700 and change. However, not just a means of turning up the boost and wallah, power.

Care to shed some light?

I want to hear the mod list and what the car is really capable of.
