ok so i've finished putting everything together and trying to run speed density. I loaded the start up template cal and changed a few things like turned of MAF and turned on speed density and such.
When i go to start it it cranks and cranks sometimes hesitates on cranks and nothing. I might also get a really loud back fire once in quite a few tries. I have checked the timing over and over again, i have replaced the coilpacks, the cam position sensor, the igniter and the spark plugs. Today i used a spark tester and have found that there is no spark in plugs 1,2,5,6 but there is in 3 4 which are together in 1 coil.

Does anyone here have any idea what i could be missing?
