a grumpy buzz kill? you're the one bitching about what you got, or didn't get, for Christmas. This thread isn't for "the best thing you got" according to the second line in your first post... its for you to complain that you didn't get "jack ****" that you liked.

Hey horhay, I had a fantastic christmas thank you. Everyone I was around had a great time. Lots of laughing, great food, great wine, a good portion of the family, ancient recipes from the home land for desert.

The best gift I got this christmas was my mom crying over what I got her. This is the first christmas I had money to spend on others.

lol.. another classic scapegoat reply. I <3 it.

I got a nice 8.2 megapixel Kodak digital camera I wasn't expecting.. I like that a lot. But my girlfriend got me a Gibson SG special a month early... that's my all time favorite gift.

I guess I'm the only one here that see's the hypocrisy and childishness in the OP's first post.

It's freaking Christmas, don't bitch about free **** and be happy you have a family to spend it with. Tons of people out there spent the holiday season alone. They didn't get jack ****, they didn't have a family to spend this time with, some probably considered or attempted suicide (the rates go up around the holidays).

You got free stuff, and spent an entire day around family that loves you. Stop being ungrateful.

haha, this is the one time I really can't understand why people are giving me **** for a post.

See, this is just one of the reasons why Christmas is stupid and retarded. Because people seem to EXPECT to get things, and when they don't, they whine about it. How the **** are you gonna whine about something you have no right to whine about? No one HAS to buy people anything.

My uncle spent Christmas in the hospital from a heat attack. He'll probably die in the next few days.

Be happy you didn't spend Christmas in the hospital and enjoy your damn movie. Even though you "didn't get jack **** that you liked," remember it could have been a hell of a lot worse.

Remember, Christmas isn't supposed to be about presents.....

.....

Now to get on topic, the coolest gift? My 11 year old nephew bought me a WRX model that I have to glue together. Pretty cool from an 11 year old, especially considering he apologized that it wasn't a bugeye. It blew me away that he knew the difference between an 04/05 body style wrx and an 02/03.
