A friend of mine who is under 21 got busted at a party in West Chester a few weeks ago..She got her ticket today in the mail...After giving breathalyzers the underagers were told that they could continue to drink and finish the keg...I had an underage when i was younger and know how hard it is to fight them..
But is there any chance she will not lose her license since the police allowed them to continue? Just tryin to help my friend out. thanks

I don't think your going to get the police to admit that they "allowed" them to finish the keg.

I would say shes going to get the license suspended.
