Sound system laws and underglow laws.
1. Having underglow on car. I understand you cannot have it on while driving, but if I am parked in a parking lot, is it OK? 2. Sound system requirements - is there any? I can understand not driving right through town while shaking walls at 1am. But is there any specifics? This is PA. Thanks! |

![]() The best I can tell you since I have been looking for this info myself is that you can't drive with them on and they can't be the blue or red since thats the color of police, fire and ems. as for parking lot your still oprating the vehicle so if the officer wants to I would say you could get a summons the court may or may not find in your favor. as for the sound system locale noise laws would apply so its not one set law you could be ok in one town and get A $500.00 SUMMONS IN ANOTHER.
