More powder coat work for a guy
![]() I rolled it out after I worked on my engine stuff this weekend and it came out great. Aluminum is so easy to work with. ![]() ![]() Gotta wrap it up nicely so it doesn't get messed up in shipping again. I also didn't like my fuel rail last time because the original anodizing had some lines in it. So, I blasted it down and redid it. Now it looks so nice - consistent and almost looks like it has a metallic paint finish under the red, due to the glittery effect of blasted aluminum

He has a turbo M3 in california and needs the piping to look "OEM". Wrinkle black is a very very cool finish. Very clean looking. Black chrome is one of those finishes that I used for like a month and now I am like "meh".

That red I used is called "anodized red" - it has to be applied over a bright silver or polished surface for the effect. I am not sure how it'd hold up being torqued and all - might damage the powder coat over time. You could try it though.
