Horn Wires

so i need to cut the existing plug off for my 97 preludes horn. there is a white wire and a wire with blue and red coloring. is the white negative? and colord one positive?

Aftermarket horns (at least the ones I've dealt with) are not polarity sensitive. So... it does not matter which wire goes where, unless you intend to relay the horns.

If you have an LED lying around, you can test the polarity with that.

When I did my hella horns I just hooked up one cable to each terminal. Like mentioned above, I don't think it matters whcih wire is which.
