GF wants a nice small digital camera to fit in her purse.

She already has a Kodak Easy Share, but it's big and bulky and a pain to have with you at all times (and I hate the easy share software which you must use).

I'm looking for small, medium range of abilities, and between $100-$250

What do you got?

I had a Sony DSC-W70 until I shattered the LCD screen. It was 7.1mp and just took great photos. It cost me around $225+ tax.

Sadly they stopped making the W70, so I for Christmas I will be buying myself a W90. They are are a little more expensive, coming in at around $290, but it is a very very nice camera.

Sony has a bunch that are really slim. check them out.

I have a Casio Exilim. Really small, it takes great pictures and it doesn't need any added on software to make it work. You just drop it in the dock (or plug it in with the USB cord) and it works just like an external hardrive with pictures on it.

I have a Nikon Coolpix D11 or D12, at my dad's house. If no one sold it or claimed it as their own, i'd definitely let it go for less than retail.
