there's a warrant out for my arrest...

nothing for the case of my speeding ticket is recorded right. the mail they tried to send to my house, came back to them as "return to sender lot vacant". There are 6 people and a baby that live here. there is NO WAY that it is vacant. now their mail said that i have no clue, because i get my bills here. confirmed the address, the woman argued with me over the phone saying the house that i LIVE IN is vacant.

i wrote a check that went in with my plea that i mailed a few days after getting the ticket. they said that it bounced, but it came out of my account.

they say i now owe them a lot more money then i had originally, 212.63 as opposed to 151 something.

are they allowed to do this? i am clearly living here at the address that was on my check.

Edit: not to mention, there was NO PLEA on my case record, even though i signed plea not guilty before mailing it in.
this is so rediculous.

update, checked with the bank. the money was returned.

but they still cannot hold me accountable for having something completely retarded and out of my hands happen with the mail thing... and not calling my phone number that was ON THE CHECK.

you need to go to the court house and get it fixed sounds like they are mixing you up with another person.. Maybe someone with the same or similar name

i'm bringing all of my insurance and credit card statements so that they know it has been a full year living at that address.

Had to pay the Full 201.51 (woman on phone said it was 212.63, she is a moron)

hearing is set for Dec 5th... i have so much **** to do on that day its rediculous.

and as far as all the bull****, i have to take it out with the bank why they never notified me about my bounced check. (it was on my statement as a deposit, i thought it was a paycheck) and the post office about them not delivering me all of my mail. the funny thing is, that the only mail i did not recieve that i am aware of, is that from the judge's office. hmmmmm.....

Aside from your book-keeping troubles, you wont be going to jail, so thats a good thing.

lmao. no one really knew. i told my mother a week after the fact. its not something i care to dispurse around... because its lame, and they'll over react and make me out to be some kind of lame dumb street racer.
