just turned 21 so decided to spoil myself for the bday. i bought the 24-70L f2.8 and the 70-200L f2.8. heres a pic from my cell of them. i havnt been able to go out and use them cuz its been so miserable out but im excited for it to clear up and ill post some pics when i do

There are wayyyyyyyyy bigger lenses out there.

Nice purchase! My next lens is definately going to be the 70-200 2.8L.

thanks guys. i ended up goin with the non is for the 70-200 cuz i wanted both and couldnt afford both if i went with the is cuz my parents only chipped in $300 which is still better than nothin. it better start gettin nice out so i can go shoot

nice choice for canon. but god damn i hate white lenses. so unpro looking haha. have fun with them.

lol thanks, people give you looks like ur pro or somethin when ur carryin around that white one. heres a pic from playin around last night over my friends house with the 24-70. f2.8 iso 1600 at 1/25 handheld and just channel mixer to get the b/w and added a little vignette and border in ps

yea I'm not sure how a professional lens will make you look un-professional? I think he's just jealous. ;p

I don't know much about cameras, but that lense looks sick. The pics that Chris takes with them always look awsome. It seems like your pictures are a little grainy though. Not sure how you would fix that but.. could be something to look into, like you iso or something?
