It says you can go in the store and ask for the discount. From what i have read (from looking for other promo codes) GAP usually give "friends and family" cards out to the employees (so they can give them out). It sounds like you would need one of these cards to get the discount in store.

from what i've read they give out multiple cards to each employee and they have different codes on them...
it was recommended that you just go in and ask an employee nicely if they have an extra card that you can use, a lot of times they have extras and wont mind giving them out.
