I was thinking, as awesome as gmail is, wouldnt it be nice if they had post it notes, tasks, and memos built in? I also think they should let us use some of the space to straight store something, I typically find myself emailing documents to that same email address so I have it at my disposal from anywhere.

I thought they were/are developing something like that. Almost like a web base desktop. It might be part of their web based office system, which I would think would integrate well with Gmail and other Google services.

i like their calendar as well but if they could also make more of a to do list or task manager for an individual or also a task manater or project list made for a private group.... i would be able to make great use of that.

It already exists guys...Click documents at the top of the page!

A to-do list would be nice, but it can be done in a document in GoogleDocs.

I don't wanna download firefox....so the Google documents thing allows you to store files of any kind using email space?
