Any ideas on how to adapt a PSP screen for use with a DVD player or somethin else

I have a screen from a PSP, perfect condetion. The only thing is that it connects to the PSP using a ribbon cable.. it has like 40 small prongs on the ribbon cable that pluged into a little port on the PSP motherbord. How could I adapt the screen to other uses? It would be so sweet to use it for data logging or interface it with a megasquirt (a piggy back ecu for those who dont know), it is a very nice screen. Any ideas??

i think if you could get a pin layout for the connector it would be pretty easy to mate it to another
