It's back...The TST Photo Contest ***Date Extension***

Rules are simple, email your submission to trobertson7@comcast.net
***DO NOT POST THE PICTURE IN ANY THREADS***

No borders, no signatures, no crazy editing.
Contest starts Today (October 7, 2007 and ends by 12 noon EST on October 27, 2007. All photos will be posted in a voting thread and the link will be posted in this original thread. I ask that you leave all EXIF data in tact with the photo so I can list equipment used as well as some other details about it. Make sure you get them in as soon as you can. Photos taken in the past will allowed to be submitted provided you are the owner of the submission.

Contest Topic: Orange and Black (To keep in things in line with Halloween or the start of the Flyers season, you pick)
Use your imagination and have fun shooting.

I gave everyone a fair chance to get something going, nobody jumped on it...so I'm going to do it until someone PMs me and tells me that they're going to do the one for the following month.

I have a CRAZY picture for this one. It was a complete luck shot, but it's crazy how it came out...without any post-processing.

What do you mean by crazy editing? Is there any post-processing allowed?

basically any adjustments made in ACR or lightroom are permitted. Anything where HDR, merging, or layering are involved are not permitted.

So pretty much you changed the rules this time so you could use a photo you already had. Yeah that pretty much defeats the whole purpose of giving this a date range. So pretty much you picked this topic cause you already have a badass photo for it thats dumb.

Why not have the date range for the full month rather than a two-week limitation?

I tried the 1 month thing, hardly anyone submitted anything because they put it off til the last second and then forgot about it cause it was so far away from the time they read about it. So someone had mentioned to make it a 2 week thing. I'll give it a shot with 2 weeks and see how it turns out.

1 response so far...I know there are more that should be participating than that. There's over 5000 members on here and a LOT of talent with cameras, more than any other car forums around. I'll be waiting for some more entries to come in.
