I was just watching the second episode of Chuck on NBC (Recorded). In the one scene Chuck is being examined by a doctor and he starts blurting some things out. One of which was "Oceanic flight 815 was shot down by a surface to..." and then he trails off.

I know they're on two different networks, but that just caught my ear since I am getting excited for the next season of Lost. Any conspiracy theories about this out there?

Edit: I should have mentioned that the thoughts that Chuck was recalling were Government secretes.
