Sad to say that TriStateTuners will be going offline sometime around Oct. 15, 2024. After 20 years online, times have changed and its no secret that the forum's activity level has slowed to a crawl. Its been an incredible run with so many amazing friendships formed and community events held, plus all of the technical knowledge and entertainment shared online. I know I'm not the only one who has had both their personal and professional life impacted and improved significantly from this community, and I'm happy to have been a part of something so special. Thank you to so many people who volunteered to the community -- the entire moderating team, behind the scenes IT support, those who organized events, and everyone who contributed online to this unique local car community. I hope that many years after the prime of TST, many of you are still enjoying cars even if we are all "grown up" now. Please take the time to revisit your member journal and reminisce, or browse any other parts of the forum. Maybe reach out to an old friend or two and make plans to grab dinner and catch up. The timeline may change slightly but I wanted to get this notice up as quickly as possible to give everyone a bit of advance notice. Thanks for everything, TROLL

jjm4life Tri-State Post Whore Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: boston Member #4443 My Ride: jew canoe iTrader: (0)	exhaust work i am installing a jdm evo9 rear bumper tonight which means i have to take off the back portion of my catback since it wont fit with the new bumper. the catback itself needs to have lik 3 inches taken out, and the rear exhaust hanger needs to be moved to compensate for the shorter exhaust. i have been to midas and meinekee which are both very close to me, and i got no quote from one, and 130 bucks from another. anybody know a good exhaust shop that can get this done cheaper? it really isnt a big thing, just a cut or two, and a small amount of welding. this also needs to be done asap. thanks
