anyone know of a shop in south jersey that will pass a 91 talon tsi with no cat??? please need help guys!! thanks apr.

I think I paid like $100 for a magnaflow hi flow cat, and like $50 to get meineki to make it fit.

just dont get pulled over. ive seen people ride around with no inspection.
you can always get classic car inspection, research that.

some states classic cars only get safety inspection, not emissions. not sure about jersey.

goto DMV and ask for a "collectors car voucher". do what they say. as long as you don't have tinted windows, you will get a sticker.

the catch?
you can only drive your car for 3,000 miles in 2 years though. its up to you if you want to commit odometer fraud or not.
