yea i just started doing dunking related exercises recently at the gym rather then just squats. I've always hated doing legs, but now that I have something to do it for, i have a lot more fun doing them haha.

I've only been at it for a couple weeks now, im hoping to get a few more inches soon

LMAO, I was going to say the same thing. The last time I tried dunking a basketball, I ended up on my back and thought that I cracked my head open. Denied by the rim

I'm still working on it. I can grab rim with both hands easy, but i just can't get the ball over the rim. I should get it mid season, i think.

6'3" ish. maybe a little less.

I was one of the fastest kids at my high school and all the county schools for that matter. Among spiriting, I was damn good at pole vaultingand did some high jumping and long jumping. I'm also 6'. I have never been able to dunk ever and I need a good running start to even grab rim.

Yet I've known guys who never played sports or exercised much and were a lot shorter than me, but could dunk from almost a stand still.

Now that I am old I've realized that I'll never get to feel the pleasure that is dunking over some fools head.

im 6ft and can dunk once in a blue moon...usually what hapens is the ball leaves my hands right when im about to slam it in

Haha, i am hoping to feel that this year. Everyone jumps a lot higher when there is adrenaline.. so i am hoping mid game i get angry and just do something nasty.

Haha I used to be able to dunk, i probably could again if i really tried. However, 3 torn ligaments and a torn tendon in my ankle sets me back just a little. I did the same thing to my other ankle a few years ago, so 2 bad ankles and basketball in general just don't mix. So now in revenge i just go break everyone elses
