Any "show" cars out there that meet up??

Anyone buildling show cars in Jersey?? I'm just wondering if there's any spots out there that meet up with more people that build there cars more for the show scene or more of a mix and cool peoples? Nothing against going fast, Im all about my speed too, its just by looking at my current car(which is gonna be built for more for show b/c its an auto-tragic) you would have no idea I owned a boosted RHD EF and still have a boosted tercel and accord, which are both stuck at home in Texas for now!...so thats another story. Its just any of these other meets seems they look at you like you aint sh*t if u aint boosted or packing some big hp numbers, which I could understand if your at a damn street racing venue or a track but not a parking lot for crying out loud lol...and there's the whole segregated thing with the boosted and N/A crowd which is funny too...

Dont get me wrong there are a few people out there that are cool and dont have the they're heads up there azz...im just wondering if there's other spots that have more of a mix and I dont have to be boosted, have 300+whp or a few JDM parts to fit in...if not, I'll just wait till I boost the cougar then I'll come back out to play

Im sure you all are cool, and maybe thats just a little of the Jersey and whole east coast hospitality thing goin on which is new to me, ima southern kid....just wondering, yall be safe(yes, I said "yall")

95% of the "show" cars that run around Jersey were considered nice back in 2001 due to a certain movie. Most people who jumped on that bandwagon lost interest after 2 years and the others who are still around don't look any better.

The 5% of real "show" classed cars aren't driven daily/weekly/monthly/at all or almost constantly being reworked ala D Money.

Horsepower and motorsports makes the most waves around the circle of people I know.

I wouldn't consider my car a show car, it's more of a jdm addiction soon to be time attack monster!

Regardless, go to the meets and have fun. No one cares what kind of car you have....

I thought the car looked good the few times I've seen you around base. You should check out the Fresh Works meet http://www.tristatetuners.com/forum/...ad.php?t=33160. Even though I've only been to one at the new Fresh Works I thought there was a good variety of cars there. Maybe even check out the meets at the old Tower Records in Cherry Hill on Sunday nights at around 7:30PM.
