Well, last night sucked...

My life is fairly uneventful, at least at the time being. All of my friends are back at college (I don't start till 9/6) and there isn't much to do around this town. Was a nice night out, so I went out for a small drive in my hatch and decided to go work my legs at the gym. Was feeling pretty good, so I really outdid myself, to the point where I had to practically crawl to my car afterwards. Painful satisfaction at its best.

Got home, pounded my shake, and relaxed with some tube and started screwing around a bit on the internet while I was at it. Started to get tired, so I decided to retire. This was around 1AM.

Flash forward to about 5:30AM, where upon I wake up due to the severe aching in my legs. They don't hurt, but they feel as if they need to be stretched. The more I stretched, the worse it got... clearly this problem would not be solved by flopping around my bed in a fit of insanity. So I slide my bare feet onto the cool wooden floor, and lift my body weight upon my legs. Mistake, I come crashing down to my knees, barely catching my upper body with my hands.

Ugh, I need to vacuum this floor. It's rather dusty. I fight back to my feet, and slowly waddle through the hall and carefully fumble my way down the stairs. The dogs get up and wag their tails, happy that someone is up again. I try to keep them quiet so they don't bark, and thankfully they comply and go back to bed. I grab the Aleve and throw two of the gigantic horsepills down my throat, and swim through the vast medicine cabinet for some kind of instant relief.

Bengay Creme. This stuff works wonders for those who haven't tried in. In a half awake half sleep daze I spurt a big glob of it on my hand and smooth it coarsely onto my aching thighs. There is no care for it's placement, if it aches it's getting creamified. I rub the medicine into my thighs for a good 10 minutes, and then retreat back to bed.

The Bengay starts to work, you could almost feel the heat coming from my legs. They felt like they were sitting right next to a big campfire, the ache was soothed away gently by the warmth. I turn over out of habit, enjoying the fact that I no longer feel like bugging out.

Then it happens. The Bengay thigh to sack transfer. This once warm soft feeling was now a raging fire, straight from the depths of hell. I almost had to catch my eyes as my eyelids curled back into my head. It took every ounce of strength in me not to scream like a little girl. Every second the fire got hotter, I think my sack might even have been steaming. I rolled back and forth on my bed as if to put the fire out, of course to no avail. I eventually rolled off the bed and somehow found the strength to leap into the bathroom, quickly applying a cold damp towel to cool the blaze. A long most needed sigh of relief was soon to follow.

Moral of the story, always use a ball shield when applying muscle relaxant creams.

icy hot on teh balls is no good. definitely have had a case of thigh to sack transfer before and its no fun at all. especially when you're trying to play a football game and concentrate. ouch.

and i know what you are talking about. i had pulled muscles all the time from track and every season i would get that **** on my balls. no fun haha.

ive also fell victim to this once before, i had to jump into the tub, and wash off all the creme, never used bengay again.

Guilty as charged. When I first read it I'm like did this guy jusy say he...then my brain travelled back from hell and I realized he really had a healthy shake...uh nutricious drink after working out...

Lol, shake as in 1 1/2 cups milk, 2 scoops whey protein, 1tbsp peanut butter, 1 bannana. I've never heard of the member being referred to as a shake, didn't even think that would come up lol.
