Looking for a VW dealer that is performance oriented.

Are there any VW dealerships in the PA, NJ, DEL, area that are performance oriented and have some idea about performance?

VW dealers are notorious for having bad service departments. When it comes to performance parts on your car most wont touch the car and try to void your warrenty if you have one. I have had good experiences at the vw dealer on street road as well as the one in langhorne on Bus. Rt. 1. I was stock at the time though. Good luck.

VW dealers in the PA, NJ and Del region

What I'm trying to look into is possible sponsorship for the rally team that I crew for. The main rally car is an 85 VW gti. The driver was group 2 northeast champion last season. The team is running kinda low on cash so we're kinda looking around to see if a dealership would sponsor us and help us out with travel and entry expenses.

Hmm...i thought you were going in a diffrent direction with this thread. I can't say i know of any local. Try doing a search on VWvortex.com as i know there was a thread on VW dealers in the NE that were performance oriented.

it may sound goofy but try CarSense. They're pumping money into all kinds of promotional things right now.
