I had a cel coming up for awhile. i was getting a p0031 code and replaced the front o2 sensor on the uppipe. and i have a 3inch hks down pipe an i made an o2 simulator for the o2 sensor on the down pipe. after i put the new front o2 sensor in i cleared the cel light and everything was fine i prob drove the car between 30-40 miles and the cel came back on. i could def. tell when the front o2 sensor went bad b/c the car ran like absoulte S&*T. i am also running a turbo xs rfl bov. im on vaction and worried abt the cel being on any ideas? thanks so much

Did you reset the ecu after installing the o2

how would i reset the ecu. i cleared everything with an obdII scanner. im worried b/c im in new jersey right now and im on vaction and dont have any access to a scanner. anybody have any thoughts?
