FJ Cruiser @ Paragon Park

These are a bit old...It's my mom's car but I get to drive it around whenever she's out of town (quite often) This was last year at Paragon Park in Hazleton, PA. My mom's dream is to drive this all the way back home to Venezuela crossing all of North and Central America, so there will be mods coming (lift, tires, suspension, bull bar, etc) if she ever decides to do it. Right now its sitting stock with some factory options (Skid plate, roof rack and rock rails). It's got decent power and its definetly a blast off-road.

Well I'd been offroad before as a passenger in other cars...this was my first time driving on rocks and more extreme terrain (I wish I had pics)...You can only ride if youre in a group of 3 cars (I didn't know this when I got there) But we were lucky there was some locals and we tagged along...they were going through intermediate stuff and as a complete offroad noob I was able to keep up with them. The car did great in stock form...the rest of the people we were following were Jeeps on with lifts and giant tires and I had no trouble going through the same terrain as them, some were pretty impressed....Here's some pics of the jeeps that were there...

I sold it a couple years ago and regret it every day.

It had rancho leaf srings w/ 2" shackles, 30" tires, wheelers off-road bumper, webber carb and a bunch of other stuff. I can't wait to get another one some day. I'll try to hunt down some pictures.

Yea...if anybody is down with a TST Off-Road Meet...let me know...we could probably get one going before the end of the year...could be lots of fun and good experience for everyone...You don't really need anything fancy so if you've got a truck and want to check out its off-road prowess this could be a great opportunity for people.

Anyone interested PM me...I'll start a new thread if theres enough interest.
