Anyone know how to cancel an extended warranty?

When I purchased the car, the agreement with my father lending me the money
for the down payment until the Lexus was sold was that I needed to get the extended
warranty. Also part of the deal wsa that I couldn't do any engine modification
until the Lexus was sold.

Now that the Lexus is sold, I am going to do a major performance upgrade since
I now have a daily driver, but I am not all about paying the extra $40 a
month for the extended warranty, since it's going to be void anyway.

Does anyone know how I'd go about canceling the extended warranty?

i would just call SOA, i was also told that if i canceled my warranty the remainder of the value would go towards the cost of the car..
