Well my job has changed my position and it looks like I will have to move in order to avoid an hour commute to work everyday. Luckily I think I will now be able to afford a starter home/townhouse and become a real adult.

Anyway I am looking for a place in or around concordville

check the west chester area... its huge... and its not far from there

Your best bet is to look further west than concordville... That area is NOT cheap... Not sure what the condo's go for...but single homes in that area are easily 500K and up.

There is a new development of apartment/condos behind the wawa next to the intersection of valleybrook road and rt 1, their sign says they rent/sell to any age. Check them out.

those are alot, but concordville you can find some cheap places

well i am trying to find something <250k 2 or 3 bedrooms and the only requirement is a GARAGE cause ive always wanted my own....Concordville is hte town I am working in so it would be most convenient there but I am looking for something under 15 minute commute to the area...

find one in concordville, theres a good amount. I know there are a couple townhouses in valleybrooke where i like for sale or rent.
