just want everyone to know that comcast blows. they are disrespectfull and full of them selfs. they screwed me over big time. sorry just needed to vent.

+1 here for hating comcast. I had major problems in the very beginning with them. I was told they would get a month for free. When the bill came in I was charged and when I called to say something, they knew nothing of giving me a free month or any of the service calls that were made to my house!!! I really do hate comcast.

Call them back and ask for Retention.. When you get retention dept on the phone tell them you are going to switch to FIOS make them keep you. You will get some program. It works...

yea its true cause i called and complained that i was paying $42 a month for internet and newbs get it for $20 a month, so now im paying $20 a month

this is kind of a dumb thread...i have no issues at all with comcast. they have always followed through with their deals. My g/f negotiated with them and now we get hbo and starz for free.

the are a rip off and a scam. beleave me i used to work for them dumb asshole's. i could tell you go to fios its much better and cheaper. they stiffed me out of my paycheck as well.
