it doesnt do ****. well i never noticed a difference. BUUUT you should use one anyway. it helps keep your glass protected from scratches and such. if you want to reduce the glare invest in a good circular polarizer.

yea just leave it on. i suggest tho, if you do go cp filter to take it off. cause when a cp and uv filter are used together they can be hard as hell to get off lol.

Get the first one. You should always have a C-pl filter.

And the Uv filters, I have them on all my lens. They don't do anything really, there to protect the glass from scratches.

Any time I'm outdoors and it's not raining, I keep the circular polarizer on. It cuts about 2 stops of light, cuts through glass and water to minimize reflections, and increases your saturation (plus protect the lens). UVs are pretty much worthless.

I would sudgest the 55-200mm VR, if you got a lot of cash get the 18-200mm VR though. That way you wont be swapping lenses.

lol. For people like me $250 sounds good for a lens sense I am not that big into photography. However $500-$600 on a lens really isn't that bad. They can get over a grand. Having a good lens and filter is just as important as the camera itself. You will really be amazed to see what a good circular polarizer can do for your photographs

btw, what app do you guys use to add in the black border and signature around your photos?
